Attempted murder arrest after man shot in the head

A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was shot in the head in Bradford.

The 46-year-old man was attacked while sitting in his car in Daisy Street, Bradford, on 15 September 2025.

West Yorkshire Police previously said he had driven to hospital after the incident, adding he was "extremely lucky" not to have been more severely injured.

The 27-year-old man was arrested on Monday and was currently in custody, the force said. Two men were charged in connection with the shooting last year.
