Drone shows huntsman's hounds killing hare on farm
Aerial footage has shown the moment when a pack of hounds chased and killed a hare in a field, with people then seen shaking hands afterwards.
A member of the public captured the incident at a farm in Eydon, south Northamptonshire, on 13 November.
Phillip Kennedy, of Stowe in Buckinghamshire, was charged with hunting a wild mammal with dogs and pleaded guilty to the offence at Northampton Magistrates' Court last week.
Kennedy was fined £258, and ordered to pay £585 in court costs and a £103 victim surcharge.
PC Chloe Gillies, from Northamptonshire Police's rural crime team, said: "Phillip Kennedy knew that allowing his dogs to chase and kill a hare was cruel and illegal."
