Serious crash closes A5 between Weedon and Kilsby

The A5 has been closed in both directions between Weedon and Kilsby, Northamptonshire, following a serious collision.

The fire service said it was shut at about 07:30 BST at Watling Street.

Motorists have been advised to find alternative routes.

Emergency services remain at the scene.
