Teenage girl in hospital after bus collision

A teenage girl has been taken to hospital after reportedly being hit by a bus while walking.

East of England Ambulance Service said it was called to Castle Meadow in Norwich at 17:50 BST.

A spokesperson said: "An ambulance, an ambulance officer vehicle and a critical care paramedic car were sent to the scene.

"The pedestrian, a teenage girl, was transported to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further assessment and treatment."
