Moments before air show crash caught on camera

The moments leading up to a crash at an air show have been captured on camera.

A pilot was taken to hospital following an incident at Shuttleworth's Wings and Wheels Air Show in Bedfordshire on Saturday evening.

It is understood the aircraft was an Avro Triplane IV replica with only the pilot on board.

The footage shows the plane taking off then losing altitude before disappearing behind some trees.

Shuttleworth said the pilot was "extracted" from the scene and gave a "thumbs up" before being taken to hospital. He has since been discharged from medical care.
