Injured cyclist films teen bikers who ran into him
A cyclist filmed the moments after he was knocked off his bike by teenagers on motorcycles.
PHD student Francisco Campis needed to go to hospital after he was hit on a footpath in Cambridge.
"They are toddlers riding those bikes. They didn't care about any consequences. You can see very often that nothing happens when this sort of incident happens," he said. He called the police and was surprised when they failed to arrive.
Cambridgeshire Police said officers had been dealing with a knifepoint robbery elsewhere at the time and that high demand sometimes meant "difficult decisions around resource management" had to be made.
