Jersey's Nowacki makes history with gold medal

Filip Nowacki has become the most decorated Jersey athlete in Commonwealth Games history after winning gold in the 200m breaststroke.

The 18-year-old, who won 100m breaststroke silver on Saturday, becomes only the second person from the island to win a gold medal.

It comes as the world junior and British senior champion looks to take over the mantle from 50m and 100m world record-holder and former Olympic champion Adam Ramsay-Peaty.
