George Carson travelled from Greenock to Millport to visit a couple of friends. "The harbour was looking colourful and well used by small boats," he said.

Catriona Sutherland took this photo of three young highland cows on the Applecross Estate near Strathcarron. "They really are teddy bears as long as you watch out for the horns," she said.
