Arrest made after woman injured in dog attack
BBCA 40-year-old man has been arrested after a woman was injured in a suspected dog attack in Skegness.
Emergency services attended Drummond Road at 19.28 BST yesterday to reports a woman had been attacked by a dog in the street.
She suffered facial injuries and was left in the care of ambulance staff for further medical treatment and admission to hospital, Lincolnshire Police said.
The man was arrested on suspicion of owning a dog dangerously out of control and will be questioned by investigating officers, the force added.
Officers said the dog was captured and taken to appropriate kennels.
