Record number of affordable homes built in 2025
Andium HomesJersey's states-owned housing provider delivered a record number of new affordable homes last year according to its 2025 annual report.
Andium Homes said it provided 363 new affordable homes and supported 583 new tenancies, now managed more than 5,100 homes and provided social housing for more than 10,000 islanders.
The company also helped first-time buyers purchase a home at 75% of its value with its Andium Homebuy Scheme.
CEO Lindsay Wood said it remained "relentlessly focused on doing the right thing for our clients and communities".
She said: "2025 was an outstanding year for Andium Homes and one I am incredibly proud to reflect on, not just because of our new development and stable financial performance, but because of the real difference those outcomes are making to people's lives.
"We provided homes, stability and opportunity to more islanders than ever before, strengthened communities, and continued to operate as a resilient, well‑run business in a challenging economic environment."
Andium said it also gave Jersey's government £29m in dividends and that a further 500 affordable homes were currently either being built or in contract.
