The Northamptonshire Women's Charter was launched in 2025 as part of a "call to action" by Labour Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (PFCC) Danielle Stone to create safer, more inclusive workplaces.
"We need a shared grip on tackling issues like violence against women and girls," said Stone.
"So I am delighted that West Northamptonshire Council, one of the biggest employers of people in our county, has signed up to our Women's Charter."
