Teen arrested after man injured in stabbing
BBCA teenager has been arrested after a man was stabbed in Bestwood.
Nottinghamshire Police said emergency services were called to Beckhampton Road at about 14:15 GMT on Monday.
A man in his 20s was found injured and "is being treated in hospital for abdominal wounds", the force said, adding his injuries "are not believed to be life-threatening of life-altering in nature".
A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and remains in police custody.
Det Insp Dave Nicks said: "We are working to understand exactly what happened in the moments before, during and after this incident and would like to speak to anybody who saw or heard what happened.
"Even the smallest piece of information could prove vital in this investigation."
