Woman dies after crash in Tesco car park

A woman in her 80s has died a month after a crash in a supermarket car park.

Two cars, a Ford Kuga and a VW Golf, were involved in the collision in the parking area under the A13 at Tesco in Pitsea on 21 August at about 10:30 BST, Essex Police said.

The woman, a passenger in one of the vehicles, was taken to hospital but has since died, the force added.

Officers are appealing for information or dashcam footage. No arrests have been made.
