Portia Riddick was cleared of all charges at Glasgow Sheriff Court

A Scottish OnlyFans model has been cleared after a man claimed she blackmailed him into sending her £20,000.

Portia Riddick, 23, was accused by the man - who cannot be named for legal reasons - of threatening to tell his friends he had bought explicit images from her.

She said he willingly sent her cash and described him as a "sugar daddy", who wanted to buy her gifts after their interactions on the adult site.

Riddick, from the city's Possilpark, was cleared by jurors at Glasgow Sheriff Court

The court heard that Riddick, who began her Only Fans page when she was 18 years old, received a series of payments from October 2023. These totalled £19,963.

Ross Jenkins, defending, asked if all the money sent was for OnlyFans content.

Riddick replied: "At the start it was. He received what he wanted.

"I was speaking to him and saying I was planning to go on holiday with my family and he said he would pay for this holiday.

"He said he would pay for me to go to Turkey and wanted to buy things for me like clothes, makeup and shoes. This is what the payments were for."

Riddick said that the man "spoiled" her and likened him to a "pay pig" - someone who derives pleasure by giving money to someone dominating them.

'Didn't know he was vulnerable'

The man claimed that Riddick had threatened to tell two of his friends that he had been buying content from her, unless the money was sent.

But Riddick denied this and said: "That is confidential when you start a business like that. It is illegal and I would never do that to anyone."

The man, who was described as "vulnerable" in court, claimed that Riddick told him that he would get his money back.

Jurors heard that police visited Riddick's home in August 2024 after he reported the matter.

In his evidence, the man admitted to looking at Riddick's social media stories in May and June this year to see if she was talking about him.

Riddick also stated that the man had sent a picture of himself to her.

Jenkins asked if she took advantage of him and threatened him for money.

She replied: "I wasn't threatening anyone and I didn't know he was vulnerable."

Riddick was found not guilty of the charge.
