Former police officer charged with corruption

A former police officer has been charged with corruption following an investigation.

Howard Bradley was charged with one count of corruption or improper exercise of police powers and privileges by a constable.

The 27-year-old, from Doveridge, Derbyshire, previously served as a Staffordshire Police officer in the south of the county.

He is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on 28 July.
