Appeal after man arrested for exposing himself

A man has been arrested after reports he exposed himself at York Racecourse, police have said.

The incident took place between 18:30 BST and 18:45 BST on Saturday near the Clocktower Enclosure.

Members of the public informed officers on patrol and a suspect was identified and arrested and has since been bailed.

A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said they were appealing for anyone who might also have seen the man exposing himself to get in touch.
