Police have issued a dispersal order in Dronfield during Halloween following concerns about anti-social behaviour.

The Section 34 notice will begin at 18:00 GMT on Friday and remain in place until 06:00 on Sunday. It covers Gosforth Fields, Sindelfingen Park and the surrounding area.

The order gives officers the power to direct groups of two or more people to leave the designated area if they are involved in anti-social behaviour, or if police believe they are likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to others.

Derbyshire Police also urged residents to contact the force about any anti-social activity they encounter.
