Two men from Slough have been charged with attempted murder after a firearms incident, police say

Two men have been charged with attempted murder after a firearms incident in Berkshire.

Thames Valley Police said officers were sent to the Pentland Road and Pennine Road area of Slough on 19 June after a man in his 20s went to hospital with injuries to his arm.

Kian Rahelu, 20, and 19-year old Lenny Morten have both been charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.

Both men have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Reading Crown Court.

Det Insp Gemma Mulcaster said inquiries remained ongoing.
