Three more arrests after fatal stabbing
HandoutThree more people have been arrested after a 57-year-old man was stabbed to death in Doncaster.
Wayne Soloman was found seriously injured in Galsworthy Close just before 23:00 BST on Wednesday, and died later in hospital.
Two men aged 52 and 24, and a 45-year-old woman were arrested on Friday on suspicion of assisting an offender and remain in custody, South Yorkshire Police said.
On Thursday, a 51-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender but has since been released on bail.
This follows the arrest of a 46-year-old man on suspicion of murder, possession of an offensive weapon, dangerous driving and robbery. He has been released with no further action.
Police urged anyone with information to speak to officers.
In a statement, the force said: "Knife crime has a devastating effect in our communities, and we are committed to finding those responsible and securing justice for Wayne, his family and loved ones."
