Two cars crashed at about 23:30 on Friday night and the A47 stretch remains closed

A road has been partially closed after a collision involving two cars.

It happened on the A47 at Colney, in Norfolk, at about 23:30 BST on Friday.

The road was closed in both directions between the B1108 for Norwich and the A1074 for New Costessey - but the eastbound carriageway reopened at about 06:45.

Norfolk Police said the closure was likely to remain for some time and diversions have been put in place.

There are currently no details of any injuries.
