Two men seriously injured in single-vehicle crash

Two men have been seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash, police have said.

Surrey Police said officers were called to the junction of Barrow Green Road and Chalkpit Lane in Oxted shortly after 03:00 BST on Friday, following reports of the crash involving a black Seat Arona.

The two men, aged in their 20s, were taken to hospital and their next of kin have been informed, said the force. The road was closed following the crash and has since reopened.

Police have asked witnesses and anyone with relevant dashcam footage to get in touch.
