Man charged after £200,000 of cocaine seized from car

A man has been charged after police seized a "large quantity" of cocaine from a car.

Road policing officers stopped the vehicle on the A90 close to Aberdeen on Thursday.

Police Scotland said a "substantial" amount of the drug, with a street value of £200,000, was recovered.

The 39-year-old was arrested and is scheduled to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date.
