Two men were stabbed at Luna Springs in Digbeth, police said

A man in his 40s has been arrested in connection with a stabbing at a music venue which left two people injured.

Police officers were called to Luna Springs on Lower Trinity Street in the Digbeth area of Birmingham on Saturday evening and the two men were taken to hospital with injuries which police said did not appear to be life-threatening.

West Midlands Police said one of the injured men had since been discharged, while the second remained in hospital for treatment.

The force said there had been a lot of people in the venue at the time and it has asked for witnesses to come forward, including people who may have mobile phone images.
