Man denies petrol bombing homes
BBCA man accused of throwing suspected petrol bombs at homes has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.
Malcolm Dennis Greening, of La Route des Cornus in St Martin, Guernsey, appeared at the Royal Court earlier, charged with three counts of arson and one count of perverting the course of justice.
The 69-year-old pleaded not guilty to all four charges during a plea and directions hearing before Judge Catherine Fooks.
It follows police investigations into suspected incendiary objects being thrown at properties in St Martin on 8 February and 30 September last year.
The court heard further work was needed by Guernsey Police to obtain and review DNA evidence.
The case has been adjourned until 19 November.
