Man arrested on suspicion of raping teenager
Google ImagesA 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of raping a teenage girl in a city centre.
The victim, in her mid-teens, was attacked in the Portland Square area of Bristol at about 03:30 BST on 20 June, Avon and Somerset Police said.
The force confirmed a man was arrested earlier following an appeal issued on Monday.
Officers have asked anyone with any information which could assist their investigation to get in touch.
