Man seriously injured in off-road bike crash

A man has been left seriously injured after the motorcycle he was travelling on crashed with another vehicle in Bradford.

The collision happened in Bolton Road, close to the junction with Leeds Road, at about 20:10 BST on Monday, according to West Yorkshire Police.

The force said the injured man was believed to have been one of two people riding an off road bike when it collided with a light-coloured vehicle believed to be a people carrier or a van, though neither stopped at the scene.

Officers investigating the crash have appealed to witnesses or anyone with information about the incident to get in touch.
