Man, 22, suspected of sexually assaulting two teens

A 22-year-old man has been arrested following a report of two teenage girls being sexually assaulted, police said.

According to the report, a man had approached the girls falsely claiming to be a police officer before assaulting them at Tutshill recreation ground near Chepstow on Friday.

Following enquiries, Gloucestershire Police arrested a white man from the local area on suspicion of sexual assault on a female.

Officers said he was being held in police custody for questioning.
