Two men are to appear in court charged with the murder of a teenager in Whitstable.

Kieron Barnes and Tobias Agbaje were arrested at an address in Sittingbourne on Monday on suspicion of the murder of 19-year-old Ashton Harrington, who was fatally stabbed in the early hours of 3 April, in Belmont Road.

Barnes, 19, of Romney Court, Sittingbourne, and Agbaje, 21, of Claremont Street, Herne Bay, have also been charged with possession of a bladed article.

They have been remanded to appear at Margate Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
