Councillor's Ferrari has windscreen smashed outside vote count
LDRSA Ferrari belonging to a councillor had its windscreen smashed by vandals outside an election count in Greater Manchester.
Kamran Ghafoor, who is leader of The Oldham Group and a councillor for Hollinwood, in Oldham, said the car also had its bumper dented while he was at the vote count in the town.
Ghafoor said he parked on Union Street before discovering the damage at about 02:00 BST. The Oldham Group said it believed the incident was targeted.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed officers attended the scene and no arrests had been made.
Oldham Council said it was analysing CCTV.
LDRSThe incident comes just under two months after a building on King Street in Oldham, owned by KKS Investors, made up of Ghafoor and colleague Sameer Zulqurnain, collapsed - leaving five people injured.
