Two more charged with grandmother crash death
SuppliedTwo more men have been charged with killing a grandmother by driving dangerously.
Gillian Livingstone, 75 and from Cleator Moor, Cumbria, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on the town's Ennderdale Road on 26 May. Her grandchild was also seriously injured.
Shaun Rafferty, 22 and of Hunters Drive in Seaton, and Stefan Young, 23 and of Moresby Parks in Whitehaven, have been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
They were released on bail and will attend Workington Magistrates' Court on 3 August. Kieran Yorke, 22 and from Workington, has denied causing death and serious injury by dangerous driving.
Yorke was released on bail after he entered not guilty pleas at Carlisle Crown Court last month, with a trial set to begin in the week of 19 July.
