Teen footballer comes third in world championships

14-year-old freestyle footballer breaks five world records

A teenager has established himself as one of the world's best freestyle footballers for his age after finishing third in a world championship.

James Taylor, 14, saw off competition at the NextGen World Football Freestyle Championships in the Netherlands, with a performance that has added to a growing list of achievements.

Since taking up freestyle football, he has already set five Guinness World Records - the most recent being the most "around-the-worlds" in a minute for under-16s.

James, from Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, is self-taught, honing his skills by training daily and watching YouTube videos.
