Deputies are being asked to sign off £6m of repairs to Guernsey Dairy, as well as £10.7m for a new gate for the Queen Elizabeth II Marina.

Policy and Resources (P&R) has also put forward 26 projects as part of its "pipeline" for future capital schemes.

Those include a new bus depot, redeveloping Beau Sejour, replacing the airport radar, upgrading the pharmacy at the hospital and new modular homes at the Coutanchez.

P&R has also proposed a new process for putting forward big projects, to try to smooth out the way things are delivered by the States.

The last States rejected plans to build a new dairy, despite officials warning it could end up costing more in the future to keep the current facility running.

The States' Trading Supervisory Board (STSB), which manages the government-owned dairy, previously described the current building as "no long fit for purpose".

Politicians will likely vote on the proposals in the major capital portfolio in April.
