Man dies after Warrington flat fire
BBCA man has died after being seriously injured in a flat fire in Warrington.
Emergency services were called to Teal Grove in Birchwood at about 10:10 BST on 22 September.
Firefighters rescued a 58-year-old man from the property before he was taken to Whiston Hospital.
Cheshire Police said he had since died despite the efforts of emergency services and medical staff.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing, but officers said there was not believed to be any third-party involvement.
