Man arrested after 18-year-old stabbed in neck
Derbyshire PoliceA man has been arrested after a teenager was stabbed in the neck in Derby.
Officers from Derbyshire Police were called to investigate a suspected robbery at Millennium Wood in Littleover at about 20:20 BST on Wednesday.
An 18-year-old man from Derby "suffered a minor stab wound to his neck", a force statement said, and after making his way to a nearby pub an ambulance was called and he was taken to hospital. He is expected to make a full physical recovery, police added.
A 19-year-old man, also from Derby, was arrested in connection with the assault and remains in police custody. Police believe the two men are known to one another.
The force has appealed to any witnesses or anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage to get in touch.
