A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after another teenager was attacked with a blade.

Police are appealing for information after the incident in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, in the early hours of Tuesday, which left the victim - also 15 - with potentially life-changing injuries.

The detained teenager has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent following disorder at around 01:30 BST in an alleyway between Sparrow Street and Drynham Road.

Enquiries are ongoing, and anyone with information about what happened has been asked to contact Wiltshire Police.
