Police appeal after man injured in stabbing
GoogleA man was found with a "visible wound" following a stabbing in Nottingham, police have said.
Officers said they were called to Gregory Boulevard in Hyson Green at 18:51 BST on Monday, following reports a man had been stabbed.
The man was given first aid before being taken to hospital for injuries which were described as not life-threatening or life-changing.
Police said witnesses reported the attack took place in Boulevard Gardens, off Radford Road, and that a cordon remained in place on Tuesday.
The force has appealed for anyone with information to get in touch.
Det Ch Insp Claire Gould said: "We are treating this incident very seriously, and our work to understand the circumstances surrounding it is ongoing."
