Pair bailed following Newry attempted murder arrests

A man and a woman who were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a stabbing in Newry, County Down, on Sunday have been released on bail.

Police were called to a house in the Woodhill area after 06:00 BST.

Inside they found a man with stab wounds.

Police said the pair have been bailed to allow for further enquiries.
