Police re-arrest man over fatal Motherwell shooting
Police ScotlandA 30-year-old man has been arrested for a second time over a fatal shooting in a flat in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire.
Jordan Gray, 26, was fatally injured in his home in the town's Shields Court on the evening of 14 December last year.
The man was previously arrested on 12 March and released pending further investigation.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said he was re-arrested following the execution of a warrant on Tuesday morning and was due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
Another man has already appeared in court facing charges of murder and carrying a firearm in a public place.
Robert Clark, 58, made no plea when he appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court on 12 March.
He was remanded in custody.
