PSNI treating play park banner as hate crime
BBCThe erection of a banner in County Tyrone is being treated as a hate crime by police.
It has been fastened to a play park fence.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said it received a report of a banner erected in the Moygashel area on Friday.
Neighbourhood inspector Robert Jeffers said enquiries are ongoing.
"We are engaging with local partners in relation to the banner," he added.
Mid Ulster Council said it had referred the matter to the PSNI.
