Tomorrow will remain windy. The mainland will see cloud and frequent showers, especially in the west, with a risk of thunder in the afternoon. Variable cloud and scattered showers for the Isles too.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday

On Monday, Shetland will be mostly dry with sunny spells and some patchy cloud. The mainland and Orkney will be largely dry in the morning but scattered showers will develop for a time in the afternoon. Tuesday will be dry with periods of sunshine, but rain will arrive from the south-west overnight. Wednesday looks set to be unsettled and breezy with variable cloud and showers.
