Omid is know to a wide audience through his many film appearances which include Gladiator, The Mummy, Anita & Me, Spy Game and, more recently, Calcium Kid where he played Orlando Bloom's boxing trainer. On the comedy circuit Omid has a string of awards and rave reviews under his belt with shows like 'Short Fat Kebab Shop Owner's Son', 'Arab & The Jew', 'Omid Djalili Is Ethnic', 'Warm to my Winning Smile' and in 2002 'Behind Enemy Lines'. His latest offering is called 'Behind Enemy Lines', a show written post September 11th, which contains his unique style of furious paced and highly original comedy and belly dancing!
