Tomorrow should see the cloud breaking up for most, leaving sunny spells and patchy cloud. Thicker cloud lingering across the Northern Isles and far north-west, however, with the odd spot of drizzle.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday

Friday will continue similarly with plenty of cloud in the west and some spells of rain in the north-west. Sunny spells in the east, but rain spreading to the north-east later on. A cloudy and wet start on Saturday for all, but sunny spells and showers developing later. Sunday then looks to see a mixture of variable cloud, sunny spells, and showers.
