Tomorrow should see the cloud breaking up for most, leaving sunny spells and patchy cloud. Thicker cloud lingering across the Northern Isles and far north-west, however, with the odd spot of drizzle.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday

Friday will see cloud for most in the west, and some spells of rain in the north-west. Sunny spells in the east, but rain spreading to the north-east in the evening. A cloudy and damp day on Saturday with some patchy light rain around, turning heavier in places into the evening. Sunday then looks to see rain clearing to a mixture of variable cloud, sunny spells, and showers.
