  1. Still on serve in second setpublished at 19:18 BST

    *Auger-Aliassime 6-7 (10-12) 2-2 Djokovic

Novak Djokovic holds with relative ease again.

The frustration for Felix Auger-Aliassime will be that, having got ahead at 0-15 thanks to a lucky net chord, he gets into rallies on the next two points but gets nothing from them.

If you're Auger-Aliassime, you're probably thinking, 'I've not done much wrong here'.

He hasn't. Djokovic somehow made his way on top of that first set.

Break chances were scarce in the first set and the way both men are serving, I can't see that changing.

    Felix Auger-Aliassime holds to love.

Novak so lucky! Injured, running out of gas and nicks the set. Felix threw it away to be fair. Still hope FAA wins!

    *Auger-Aliassime 6-7 (10-12) 1-1 Djokovic

A slip from Novak Djokovic allows Felix Auger-Aliassime to take the first point of the game but the seven-time champion soon takes over.

A beautiful drop shot and an ace help him get to 40-15 and after Auger-Aliassime flashes a forehand winner cross-court, Djokovic comes in behind a big serve to seal the hold.

The racquet head speed from Auger-Aliassime is just excellent.

We'll see how it goes as this match progresses but there is no sign of that calf injury that seemed to be troubling Novak Djokovic heading into the tie-break.

Felix Auger-Aliassime needs to put the disappointment of how that tie-break ended behind him quickly and he does, racing into a 40-0 lead on serve and holding to 15.

Felix Auger-Aliassime will be furious with himself. He had most of the court to aim for there but he blasts it wide and gifts Novak Djokovic the first set.

There's an eruption of cheers and whistles to guide Djokovic back to his chair.

    *Auger-Aliassime 6-6 (10-12) 0-0 Djokovic

What an effort. I'm speechless again from Novak [Djokovic]. At 39-years-old just finding ways, somehow hanging in there.

Felix was on his knees in disbelief at that.

Oh my goodness! There is tension everywhere.

Novak Djokovic went out of his normal rhythm and took an extraordinary amount of time on the first serve and the second serve, but how well did he do to wrap the racquet around the ball with the bounce that it had?

    Wow.

A running forehand volley from Felix Auger-Aliassime is well out and Novak Djokovic takes a marathon, enthralling first set.

He has to save, I think, three set points, but his will to win is unmatched.

    This is unreal!

The second serve of Novak [Djokovic] went to the teeth. The return is shanked, Novak shanked him even more!

Confident drive volley from Felix Auger-Aliassime and the ball is back in his court. Well, not literally. Yet.

But he has another set point on the Djokovic serve.

And again he cannot capitalise. Both players balloon forehands close to the line - but the Canadian's effort is long.

I'm glad Novak Djokovic is finding this funny. Everyone on Centre Court are on the edge of their seats as these two exchange set points.

  16. Another set point goes beggingpublished at 18:57 BST

    Auger-Aliassime 6-6 (9-9) Djokovic

Big moment as Novak Djokovic survives a mid-rally slip and Auger-Aliassime hits a forehand long.

But then Djokovic misses a cross-court backhand just wide. Umpteenth set point to go begging.

Djokovic is laughing - but it might be fake laughter.

Felix Auger-Aliassime has done well there. He had a slip in the middle of the rally then he was on defence on the backhand side but he used the chip to get the ball deep and give himself time to recover.

It was a surprising unforced error on the forehand side for Novak Djokovic.

  18. Djokovic saves another set pointpublished at 18:56 BST

    Auger-Aliassime 6-6 (8-8) Djokovic

A wild, wild forehand from Novak Djokovic, having had Felix Auger-Aliassime in all sorts of trouble in that rally.

Another set point for the Canadian - and an ace right on the line from the Serb! What a tie-break this is!

At the stage now where every other point will be set point.

Novak Djokovic gambles with a strong second serve and Auger-Aliassime returns it long.

And oh my goodness the Canadian just clips the line with a big forehand at set point down! Millimetres from losing the set!

That was a good strike from Felix Auger-Aliassime, but credit where credit is due because Novak Djokovic went big again on that second serve at 112mph.
