After a strong morning of riding for Wales, they'll contest for five medals on the track tonight.

Two of those races feature married couple Lewis and Ciara Oliva who came out of retirement to compete in Glasgow.

They called it a day after Gold Coast 2018, but they're back on the track with their three children Florence, Digby and Ottilie watching with their grandparents from the stands.

Ciara rides in the women's team pursuit bronze medal race for Wales against England while Lewis is in the team sprint bronze medal race against Trinidad and Tobago.

Welsh sprint cyclist Steffan Lloyd was with his hands on his head there watching that back on the screen as he warms up near us in the mixed zone.
