Tom Watson's the operations manager for the British Grand Prix which, in his words, involves "making sure that anything from a big screen to a toilet goes where it needs to go". In fact, he knows where "every single toilet" is on site. But that's not the only thing.
"There's thousands of signs that go up, and there's bound to be an arrow that faces the wrong way or something," he says. "That's probably the one thing that keeps me up the most."
Florence Sheppard's job is more about locating talent than toilets - she's the entertainment co-ordinator. She's looked after stars such as DJ Fatboy Slim and singer Sam Fender, who she says was a "really nice guy" when he performed at Silverstone.
She had to find him somewhere quiet to do his vocal warm-ups. "There were some weird sounds coming out of that room," she says.
"Ten minutes later, I saw him perform on the stage, so that was a really cool moment."
