Jeff: Should I go risky and triple captain Marc Guehi as I am trying to gain points? I know he may have shattered his confidence but clean sheets are a possibly and maybe an attacking contribution as well.

Holly: If I was being brave and backing against Erling Haaland for the armband this week, it would be Nico O'Reilly I'd go for. He's a player who has a high ceiling given his three double digit hauls in the last eight gameweeks. A manager who goes against Haaland though is a braver manager than me!

Peter: How do you feel about Jarrod Bowen's potential in the last three games. Should I sell him?

Holly: I still think there's potential there, but the forwards category is stacked right now which makes it hard for him to justify his position. I'd place Igor Thiago, Viktor Gyokeres and Danny Welbeck above him, with this the natural selling point ahead of Arsenal's visit to the London Stadium.

Dave: Hi Holly, I've decided to skip putting Palace players in, so I was wondering which teams do you think have the most favourable fixtures left?

Holly: We can't look purely on fixtures alone at this stage of the season, motivation has to come into it too. While the title race is still alive, Manchester City and Arsenal assets are must-haves. I then really like the look of Brighton, who face relegated Wolves this week before travelling to Leeds United and hosting Manchester United on the final day of the season. The Seagulls are in for a shout of a place in Europe next season!

Chris: Bench dilemma between Declan Rice and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. Who would you go for?

Holly: It's a close call between the pair, but I think I would start Declan Rice this week, with Arsenal gunning for the Premier League title. Lots of managers have these tough 50/50 bench decisions this week, which is another factor in why we might see so many bench boost chips active. Good luck!

  8. Who are the picks for Palace's double gameweek?published at 16:38 BST

Ismaila Sarr of Crystal Palace FC, Giovanni Fabbian of ACF Fiorentina and Jaydee Canvot of Crystal Palace FC battle for the ballImage source, Getty Images

I'm not that worried about more potential Palace rotation because, if they reach the Uefa Conference League final on Thursday, they then have three weeks before the big game.

And rotating hasn't really worked for Glasner either, with his side having earned just a point from their past three games. They will be looking a little nervously at the relegation zone.

Either way, Canvot has started eight straight games and tends to get defensive contribution points (defcon), earning them in five of those matches.

Presuming Palace's first XI play both games in this double gameweek, then Sarr is the pick of the attacking assets.

Only Cole Palmer has a higher xG per 90 minutes than Sarr's 0.43, and only Bournemouth's David Brooks has more big chances per 90 minutes than his 0.7.

Christophe: Midfield dilemma - swap Antoine Semenyo for Jeremy Doku or replace with Eberechi Eze?

Holly: I'd advocate any manager considering swapping Antoine Semenyo for Rayan Cherki, given that Semenyo has failed to produce a goal involvement in five successive games. Jeremy Doku is an exciting differential swap too, especially if you're looking to triple up on the Manchester City attack for their pair of fixtures. I wouldn't buy Eberechi Eze with Bukayo Saka fit and prioritising triple City is essential for this week.

Lola: Hi Holly, I have two free transfers but is it worth taking the -4 to get Rayan Cherki, Bukayo Saka and Viktor Gyokeres in and if not who would you prioritise?

Holly: A triple up on Manchester City is a must this week for their pair of fixtures and Rayan Cherki is their form man in midfield. He has four goal involvements in four, with 17 shots and 13 chances created in this time. Bukayo Saka and Vikor Gyokeres are also compelling picks, with an Arsenal attacker also a wise buy while the title race is still on.

Moh: Hi Holly, I have Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro but who are the best replacements for them? I already have triple Man City attack with Rayan Cherki, Erling Haaland and Antoine Semenyo.

Holly: The most obvious replacement for Cole Palmer is Bukayo Saka, who has been in fantastic form since returning to full fitness. Arsenal's motivation is high as they look to secure the Premier League title, especially with games against West Ham and Burnley next. Joao Pedro would be more of a reluctant sell, but I do like the look of Danny Welbeck this week at home to Wolves.

Simon: Hi Holly, best goalkeeper to buy in right now for the injured Robert Sanchez? Thank you.

Holly: If it's only for this week, buy Crystal Palace's Dean Henderson to attack the double gameweek. If you've got Martin Dubravka as your backup goalkeeper, he might be ok to play in Burnley's home game against Aston Villa who will likely be jaded after their midweek Europa League exploits. They've failed to score in two of their last four away trips.

Matthew: Would you go for Danny Welbeck or Richarlison?

Holly: Danny Welbeck marginally has the edge for me given his returns in recent games and the quality of the fixture. However, Spurs have to score goals in their quest for survival, with Richarlison pivotal for that. They are both great differentials with masses of potential this week.

Chris: My rank is 78,714, one free transfer for this week, got three Man City players and one Palace player but no Brighton. Thinking Enzo Fernandez to Pascal Gross or Konstantinos Mavropanos to Jan Paul van Hecke, or -4 for both and play bench boost! HELP!

Holly: If you've still got the Bench Boost chip then Gameweek 36 is a great time to play it, with the double gameweek. It's also easier to justify a points hit on this occasion, and especially if you plan to hold these Brighton players to the end of the season. I also like the look of Dominik Szoboszlai and Casemiro if shopping for a budget midfielder for the final three gameweeks.

Youssef: I want to put Palace players in but I don't think they're in a run of good form. How many Palace players should I pick and if so, who?

Holly: If you don't own any Crystal Palace players this week then you could actually just ignore them, unless you'e got four or five free transfers. They've had a demanding midweek in Europe and will likely rotate their squad for their upcoming games meaning very few assets will get 180 minutes. Defenders are better than attackers in terms of potential minutes, with Maxence Lacroix the most consistent, but they have conceded six goals in their last two games.

  20. 'It all points to Haaland'published at 15:51 BST

    FPL Q&A with Holly

So, Haaland's your man. Take it from Holly, take it from Statman Dave.

"Looking at the data over the last five games and it all points to picking Erling Haaland as captain. He has the most xG [expected goals] for City and had seven big chances,” Statman Dave said on BBC Sport’s FPL Podcast earlier this week.

"It just makes sense. Nico O'Reilly is interesting if you get double clean sheets."

Erling Haaland is the top points-scorer in the game with 219 - 10 more than Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes (209).

In the last six matches, no player had had as many shots on goal (23).
