I thought Sonia's reflection was spot on. We can say it was a penalty on Aggie Beever-Jones, we can talk about if the ball was in or out for Sam Kerr's 'goal', but she's chosen to focus on what her team can control rather than refereeing decisions.
And she's right. Their subs went backwards while City's went forwards. Sonia has put reflective mirrors on her team and summarised it well. That game summed up their season.
It's a massive summer for them now. One trophy for the standard of this club is not enough. I am really interested to see what players they go for and the model of where this women's team is going. Do they go for young players or do they go for the likes of Bunny Shaw?

Chelsea boss Sonia Bompastor, speaking to TNT Sports: "The result is tough to take. We probably were in control for 85 minutes, leading by two goals. If you analyse that part of the game it's good from us but not good enough when you concede two goals in the last five minutes of the game. Mentally I think we were not strong enough in some games, and it's the same again today.
"It'd always difficult after the game and I always try to stay united but the substitutes made the difference. The ones City made had a bigger impact and ones we made didn't bring what we were expecting."
On Sam Kerr's disallowed goal: "I haven't seen it".
On the penalty decision: "I have seen it real, not on TV. It's difficult to comment, especially when you are frustrated about result. To sum up the game today is to sum up of our season. Some of the details didn't go our way. I don't want to focus too much on that because I feel we lost the game on other aspects."
On rumours linking Bunny Shaw to Chelsea: "For now I want to focus on my players, not to comment on other team's players. I don't want to make any comment on that."

Manchester City manager Andree Jeglertz, speaking to TNT Sports: "There was a lot of emotion in this game. That's how it is. These games are so exciting to play. So much goes into the game. You are a little bit nervous; it's been three games since we won the league. The mentality has always been 'OK, let's do the next one'.
On tweaks at half-time: "We did a couple of tactical changes. We put Mary on and played with two forwards to overload them. Lauren Hemp played full-back for a while. Fujino is coming in, Mary like you say, Beney. It's great to be a manager for a team where you can do these substitutions.
"I can do the tactical changes but it has to be players on the field. You have to look at Alex (Greenwood), Jade (Rose), Yui (Hasegawa), they say we're not losing this one. It's an amazing winning mentality and this is a good example.
"We have had the luxury of having good goalkeepers. Yamashita has been in the goal most of the goal but Keating has been competing. I'm so happy for her.
"Do I say to a player, you are the second keeper? I don't do that. These players have a chance of playing every weekend and that's what I've done all year."

Manchester City striker Khadija Shaw speaking to TNT Sports: "Really good. After winning the league, we wanted to take another step and that's getting to Wembley to try to win another one. It was a very hard game, we stuck together as a team and we grind, and that's the result."
On her first goal: "I trust myself, I know what I can do and when the ball popped up one thing was on my mind and it was 'put it on target'."
On her second goal: "I had one just before that and I missed it. I was thinking if I get another one, put it in the back of the net. Yui [Hasegawa] did a very good press, she put it in and I got across the face of the goal and yeah, a really good goal."
On her week after being linked with a move to Chelsea: "It's been a mad week. Lots ups and downs but I don't care. I enjoy my time at Man City and I always want to do the best that I can to get club back to where it needs to go. Obviously we won the league and now we are one step closer to the FA Cup."
