  2. 'Can they be the Dutch team that gets over the line?'published at 01:45 BST

    Tunisia 1-3 Netherlands

    Stephen Warnock
Former England defender on BBC Two at Kansas City Stadium

The Netherlands have almost played within themselves and it has been quite comfortable for them. Now we are going to see the real challenge in front of them [in the knockout stage], can they be the team that gets over the line finally?

  3. 'Ogawa didn't finish like Lewandowski'published at 01:45 BST

    Japan 1-1 Sweden

    Chris Sutton
Former England forward on BBC One

A good humdinger from Japan and then the early ball was excellent. Koki Ogawa is on the stretch. Ogawa didn't finish like Robert Lewandowski there.

Ogawa has previously said that he models his game on Lewandowski.

  4. Postpublished at 01:44 BST

    Japan 1-1 Sweden

Japan hunt in pairs on the counter-press to dispossess Anthony Elanga as he looks to break.

An early cross finds Koki Ogawa alone in the box but he can't divert the ball goalward on the stretch.

  5. Postpublished at 01:44 BST

    Tunisia 1-3 Netherlands

One final change from the Netherlands as Cody Gakpo is replaced by Noa Lang.

The Liverpool forward is serenaded by the Dutch supporters as he makes his way around the pitch.

  6. Postpublished at 01:43 BST

    Tunisia 1-3 Netherlands

Tunisia goalkeeper Aymen Dahmen nearly loses the flight of the ball from a Denzel Dumfries cross.

That would have been one of the most bizarre goals in World Cup history had it gone in.

I know his finishing isn't the best at times but Daizen Maeda is some player. If he does move on from Celtic to the Premier League he'll not in any way whatsoever be out of his depth.

    Japan 1-1 Sweden

Japan concede another free-kick in a dangerous area - this time Hiroki Ito needlessly fouls Anthony Elanga near the corner flag.

He's let off the hook as Gustaf Lagerbielke's header from the free-kick goes wide.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 01:39 BST

    Tunisia 1-3 Netherlands

More changes for both teams. Tunisia replace Ismael Gharbi with Firas Chaouat, while the Netherlands have brought on all-time leading scorer Memphis Depay in place of Brian Brobbey.

    Japan 1-1 Sweden

    Chris Sutton
Former England forward on BBC One

I have enjoyed the physical battle between the Japan defenders and Viktor Gyokeres.

Gyokeres does brilliantly well, and then it is a daft foul because it allows Sweden to put another ball in the Japan box.

  11. 'Achouri goes down too easily'published at 01:38 BST

    Tunisia 1-3 Netherlands

    Stephen Warnock
Former England defender on BBC Two at Kansas City Stadium

Dumfries has a hold of the shirt but Achouri goes down too easily for me. I think he realises the ball is running away and goes down.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 01:38 BST

    Japan 1-1 Sweden

Shogo Taniguchi clatters into the back of Viktor Gyokeres and is booked.

Sweden have a free-kick to the right of goal about 30 yards out.

It's cleared, the ball is recycled and Daniel Svensson sees his shot deflected behind for a corner.

    Tunisia 1-3 Netherlands

Just before that effort from Hannibal Mejbri, Tunisia had a half-hearted appeal for a penalty waved away as Elias Achouri went to ground under pressure from Denzel Dumfries.

    Not for me.

  14. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 01:37 BST

    Japan 1-1 Sweden

Daniel Svensson and Ken Sema replace Alexander Bernhardsson and Elliot Stroud for Sweden.

For Japan, Yuto Nagatomo comes on for his 146th cap while Tsuyoshi Watanabe also comes on. They replace Keito Nakamura and Ayumu Seko.

  15. Postpublished at 01:36 BST

    Tunisia 1-3 Netherlands

Bart Verbruggen is called into action as he denies Hannibal Mejbri from range.

  16. Postpublished at 01:35 BST

    Tunisia 1-3 Netherlands

Crysencio Summerville has only been on the pitch for a matter of seconds and already he is involved in a lively exchange down the right-hand side.

He’s had an excellent World Cup so far - I’d be surprised if he remains at West Ham next season. Surely at least a couple of Premier League clubs will be tempted by a move for him.

  17. Postpublished at 01:35 BST

    Japan 1-1 Sweden

That hydration break looks to have suited Japan - Sweden were on top and looking dangerous after equalising, but Japan are now enjoying a prolonged spell of possession.

Massive catch-22 for Sweden now. A Swedish goal sends them through. Another Japanese goal puts them below South Korea. How do you play this?

    Harry, Bournemouth

  19. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 01:33 BST

    Tunisia 1-3 Netherlands

The Netherlands are also making a triple change before the game resumes. Frenkie de Jong, Tijjani Reijnders and Donyell Malen are replaced by Teun Koopmeiners, Justin Kluivert and Crysencio Summerville.

Less than 20 minutes remaining at the Kansas City Stadium.

  20. As it stands...published at 01:31 BST

If the Netherlands see out their 3-1 lead, then they will finish at the top of Group F.

Another goal for Graham Potter's Sweden would see them overtake Japan and move into second.

Anthony Elanga's goal for Sweden also means they return to first in the third-place ranking table.
