King Philippe of Belgium laments racism of colonial past in the DRC

Belgium's King Philippe has decried the racism meted out in the Democratic Republic of Congo under the colonial rule of his ancestors and described it as an unequal relations, unjustifiable, marked by paternalism, discrimination and racism.

Former Lagos governor Bola Tinubu will lead Nigeria's ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) into next year's general elections after a landslide victory in the party primary.
